Perhaps the most infinite wonder is how this moment matters. To the soul, the moment is just in front of us, all around us, twirling magnetic energy into motion. The wonder lies in the question, "What can one do in all this wonderful bliss?" The moment allows us to be ourselves. The intention of learning from the past comes from acceptance of change. "The easiest part is being you. It's the rest of the world that's the hard part, Being you is the most beautiful most pure thing you can do. Let yourself be you and never let that be the hard part about life," retired interrogation California man.
Sometimes the most important aspect is to let go of expectations. To release any attachment to holding on, or letting go of being indecisive. Playing mind games with oneself is toxic to the brain, heart, and soul. Feel free to just search for your feelings. Feeling this moment inside the human body. Maybe ask the body, "How can I let myself feel this moment without judgement?" Maybe the answer lies in just letting go of the constant train of thought and taking a walk into the sensations that lie awake in the body, the toes, the neck, shoulders, maybe the stomach. Check in with how the body feels in this moment. This is truth, this is nature, this is beauty. Your thoughts are not the truth of the moment, but actually feelings inside the body. Perhaps listening to techno trance and trip hop helps spark up authentic feelings for a free flow atmosphere. If you're waiting for something to happen- "You go from place to place no knowing" "Dreaming with my eyes wide open" "The mind tries to resist" "Into the system" - Techno trance Bleed into the moment. Satisfaction comes in feeling and being in the moment outside of thought. Yet again, this moment feeds the brain into transforming ideas into a digital world of creation on talking stones. (Laughs) Tapping the foot to techno music on a Saturday night alone in the living room. On the floor lies a white sheet of paper with over 20 red lip stick stained kisses all over it. On the top of the paper bleeds the black ink words of Sarah Opat. She wrote, "Self love". Loving the self is one of the hardest things to learn. Since society forgets to teach this lesson. We spend so much time thinking, and forcing our actions into this world without loving our soul. Take the time to place your hand on your heart and feel the warmth. Feel the shared love from your heart to your brain and into your magnetic, vivacious soul. xoxo Sarah Opat
