Talking Stones started off as a scribble of an idea in a leather sketch book on a double decker train in Chicago.
Sarah Opat worked in Chicago at an advertising agency on Michigan Avenue. She was sparked with fire and full of wondrous curiosity. She was constantly writing. She was writing down stories, poems, goofy life to-do lists and constant stream of consciousness in a little brown leather notebook. The building Opat worked in had a garden on the roof top. The sassy, yet polite Human Resources friend often told Sarah, "Why not make a website out of all your journal entries". So Talking Stones began the day Seth told her this in the honey comb shaped desk at The San Jose Group on Michigan Avenue. A website created from the brain and finger tips of Sarah Opat powered by stream of consciousness.
Talking Stones lets you and your attention span look into the world of art and see what the world through creating, writing, publishing for international artists. "I have been interviewing artists on my radio show at Lakeshore Public Radio," said Opat, "The more I live, the more I enjoy meeting more creatives and getting jiggy with a brainstorm session. Talking Stones lets my ideas flow from the infinite universe inside my brain into your world, your phone, and your imagination," said Opat.
"Talking Stones wants your ideas to slow dance like smoke with my ideas inside this email box here. Have an idea you want me to explore? I will write a response to every submission and feature it in the blog section.
Talking Stones allows Sarah to flow, grow, and reach ascension. "I get my ideas originally planted on paper to swim into this world of digital sand. Talking Stones is my digital world," said Opat.
"I built this digital sandcastle with the sole intention of letting go, and slipping inside my complex soul. Letting the reader inside my wonders, my imagination, my playground. I create everyday. I want you to create everyday. We can create everyday together. Let's collaborate and feel the power of our imagination burst with color and bold expression," said Opat.
Co-create with Talking Stones while your thumb has the power to transport your ideas to here, in the email section.
"Talking Stones is supported by the brain and heart of moi. C'est moi. Translated from French to English - "It's me". The hustle of three jobs, a volunteer radio gig and blasting out art on the walls of harmony I keep the momentum fresh and innovative." said Opat.
