Free shit tends to give people the biggest boners. A dude got a free salad from what I overheard in an elevator today and was way too proud. More proud that you were from your last lame thing you were proud of. Unless you cleaned out your car, that is actually something to be proud of. Or doing dishes, not littering or brushing your teeth. Those three things take the most effort for me to do. But, truth be told, I am getting better at those exact three things.
So back to free shit. Why do people get so hyped about not owing anything for a materialistic item? Beats me. I just know if I was offered a free walking taco, I would most likely take up the offer granted. Besides a walking taco, I appreciate the freeness of the infinite energy we have inside. Always roaring, whooshing, zooming and tingling within every sense we have as humans. I think it's about time we take consideration of the beauty of being able to bring breathe to life within our mortel, aging, already decaying bodies. Here we look forward to not spending money or being able to endorse more than expected when what we have roaring inside our bodies (this spirit, if you may) is the best free shit we could get of all time. Here we have this breathe to live our own lives the way we mold it out to be. The freeness in which one should feel inside their own "being" should be appreciated. Using mindfulness as a virtue rather than daydreaming with clouds of thought fogging one's head will bring so much more patience. So next time you do have a chance to get something free, or maybe you never will get anything free. Just knowing how infinitely free one's spirit is within the five senses we have is enough freedom to catch a grip on the slipping moment.
